At INNIO, we are seeking a Senior IT Recruiter to spearhead our technical talent acquisition. In this pivotal role, you will lead recruitment initiatives to attract top-tier talent, manage the end-to-end process, and develop strategies that align with our organizational goals.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Mentor and guide junior recruiters.
- Develop and update complex job descriptions for senior and specialized positions.
- Perform comprehensive job and task analysis.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to high-traffic and niche sites.
- Source candidates using advanced techniques, including headhunting, networking, and specialized databases.
- Screen candidates' resumes for technical and cultural fit.
- Conduct interviews using various recruiting and selection tools.
- Assess applicants’ knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
- Provide detailed, analytical recruiting reports to senior management.
- Act as a key point of contact and build influential candidate relationships.
- Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work.
- Engage in talent mapping and pipeline development.
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry professionals, universities, and agencies.
- Collaborate with senior management and department heads to understand recruitment needs.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
- Leverage advanced recruiting tools and software.
- Stay updated with the latest recruitment technologies and trends.
- Research and use AI tools for workflow optimization.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on IT roles.
- Proven track record in multicultural recruitment.
- Extensive experience executing a full-cycle recruiting process.
- Demonstrated success in filling senior and specialized IT positions.
- Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.
- Expertise in conducting detailed and rigorous interviews.
- Experience in providing detailed and analytical recruiting reports.
- Advanced experience with recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other technology tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Advanced English (written and spoken).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, ATS, and recruitment analytics tools.
- Advanced skills in Collaboration, Taking initiative, Impact, Adaptability, Attention to Detail, English, Writing, Communication, Time Management, Results orientation, Sourcing, Interviewing, and Candidate Management Systems.
