miro Personalvermittlung is hiring a Senior IT Project Manager to take responsibility for strategically important Microsoft major projects that have gone off track and lead them back to success. You will manage complex software development and integration initiatives in the multi-million euro range with high technological depth, operating with direct connection to strategic decision-makers.
What You'll Do
- Analyze causes of stalled projects and implement targeted measures for stabilization and realignment.
- Confidently navigate escalations and communicate at C-level.
- Manage contract and escalation management.
- Steer complex Microsoft initiatives such as Azure migrations, Microsoft 365 rollouts, Dynamics implementations, or hybrid cloud architectures.
What We're Looking For
- Completed degree in (Business) Informatics or comparable qualification.
- Long-term experience in leading complex Microsoft projects.
- Leadership experience in larger, interdisciplinary teams of 25+ people.
- Solid knowledge of classical and agile project methods (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, Scrum).
- Pronounced communication skills, confident appearance, assertiveness, and willingness to travel.
