Responsibilities

- Strengthen employer branding to attract diverse, high-caliber candidates
- Oversee recruitment operations across multiple geographies
- Ensure alignment between hiring practices and company values
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within talent acquisition
- Evaluate and select technology tools to enhance recruiting efficiency
- Partner with HR and business units to understand team-specific needs
- Refine job descriptions and role profiles to reflect market realities
- Manage external recruitment agencies and vendor relationships
- Lead onboarding integration for new hires from a talent perspective
- Monitor global labor market trends and adapt sourcing strategies
- Establish consistent interview processes and evaluation criteria
- Promote a culture of continuous feedback and improvement in hiring
- Support executive-level searches with targeted outreach and engagement
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in all regions
- Scale recruitment infrastructure in line with company growth
- Mentor and develop direct reports through coaching and performance reviews
- Evaluate recruitment spend and optimize budget allocation
