miro Personalvermittlung is looking for an ERP Project Manager to lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O, CE, or Business Central). In this role, you will be responsible for managing scope, budget, and timeline while coordinating cross-functional teams and communicating with stakeholders.

What You'll Do

Lead the full project lifecycle of ERP implementations from planning and execution to monitoring and closure.
Manage scope, timelines, and budgets using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
Coordinate with technical consultants, functional leads, and client-side teams.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and issue resolution.
Oversee UAT (User Acceptance Testing) planning, execution, and sign-off with business users.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure adherence to change management and governance standards.
Provide pre-sales support and input on project estimations and proposals.
Advise clients on ERP best practices and process improvements.
Manage documentation, reporting, and stakeholder updates.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as an ERP Project Manager, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O, CE, or Business Central).
Strong understanding of ERP project phases, from discovery to go-live and support.
Experience working with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and QA.
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with UAT processes, integrations, data migration, and cutover planning.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project, DevOps, or similar tools.

Nice to Have

PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification is a plus.
