Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Hungary Kft. is looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of IT projects for Deutsche Telekom MMS GmbH's dynamic innovation and digitalization business unit. You will manage projects using both agile and classical methodologies.
What You'll Do
- Lead the full lifecycle management of IT projects.
- Coordinate and lead projects in both agile and classical environments.
- Assess and analyze business and technical requirements.
- Prepare resource and time estimates, as well as proposals.
- Participate in stakeholder management with active communication towards clients and partners.
- Monitor costs, resources, and results, considering economic aspects.
- Apply SCRUM methodology in a project environment.
What We're Looking For
- Several years of project management experience in IT projects.
- Good knowledge of project management tools.
- Confident economic knowledge (cost and performance calculations).
- Experienced in requirements management and analysis.
- Structured thinking, reliable, and well-organized.
- Outstanding communication skills in both German and English.
- Knowledge of and experience working within the SCRUM framework.
- Confident in leading IT project teams.
- Effective at calculating resources and tasks.
Nice to Have
- Experience in industry-specific environments: automotive, energy, or manufacturing.
- Salesforce knowledge.
- SCRUM certification.
- Willingness to be on-call for larger-volume projects.
Work Mode
This is a local-country position located in Budapest, Debrecen, Pécs, or Szeged, Hungary.
