Sidekick Network GmbH & Co. KG is hiring a Senior IT Administrator (m/w/d) to take ownership of our internal IT infrastructure and user support. In this role, you will act as the primary internal point of contact for all users, manage our data center systems, and ensure seamless collaboration with external IT service providers.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the internal point of contact for all users of internal systems and the data center.
- Support users in the introduction of new internal tools, providing training and ongoing assistance.
- Collaborate and coordinate with external IT service providers.
- Perform general tasks for network expansion, maintenance, and upkeep.
- Manage server landscapes with Hyper-V and administer IIS web servers.
- Administer Microsoft SQL Server systems (MS SQL).
- Manage communication systems, network infrastructure, and user client systems (Windows).
- Maintain developer environments and project management systems.
What We're Looking For
- Completed vocational training as a Fachinformatiker specializing in system integration or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Server/Client operating systems.
- Very good system knowledge for Windows and Office applications and network operations.
- Experience in project management for implementing IT requirements and regulations.
- A team player with good communication skills in both German and English.
