Uberall is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer as a remote contractor to enhance our platform's reliability and scalability. This role focuses on building and optimizing our core infrastructure.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain scalable and secure cloud infrastructure
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery
- Monitor system performance, establish SLOs, and lead incident response
- Automate operational tasks and configuration management
- Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment workflows
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional experience in a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering role
- Deep expertise with a major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
- Strong background in containerization with Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes
- Expertise in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
Nice to Have
- Experience with monitoring and observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)
- Knowledge of database administration and performance tuning
- Background in networking and security best practices
- Previous experience in a remote, distributed team environment
Work Mode
This is a fully remote contractor position open exclusively to candidates based in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, or Peru.
