This role involves leading iOS application development, creating innovative mobile products, and guiding junior developers. The position requires close coordination with product, design, and QA teams to ensure delivery of high-quality user experiences on the iOS platform.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain code across the application stack to create user-focused, innovative products.
- Design and implement features that improve user productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and QA engineers to enhance user experience iteratively.
- Partner with engineering teams to design robust systems, refactor tested code, and support continuous deployment to production.
- Progress into a leadership role by guiding new feature development and engineering initiatives over time.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and developing mobile applications that are reliable, scalable, maintainable, and high-performing.
- Proven expertise in native iOS development using Swift.
- Strong focus on user experience and commitment to delivering optimal UX solutions.
- Experience with end-to-end testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
- Background in developing Mobile SDKs.
- Commitment to adhering to quality standards and best practices in software development.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with React Native or similar modern frontend frameworks.
- Knowledge of TypeScript and JavaScript.
- Experience in system design principles and practices.
- Experience with mobile augmented reality technologies such as ARCore or ARKit.
- Skills in GPU optimization, including experience with Metal.
