This role involves leading iOS application development, creating high-performance mobile solutions, and guiding junior developers. The engineer will work closely with product, design, and QA teams to continuously enhance user-centric mobile experiences through iterative improvement and technical leadership.
Responsibilities
- Develop software across the application stack to create innovative, user-focused products.
- Implement features that improve user productivity and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and QA engineers to refine and enhance user experience.
- Partner with engineering teams to design robust systems, refactor tested code, and support continuous deployment to production.
- Progress into a leadership role by guiding the development of new product features and engineering initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of experience designing and developing reliable, scalable, maintainable, and high-performance mobile applications.
- Extensive experience with native iOS development using Swift.
- Strong focus on user experience and delivering high-quality interactions.
- Proficiency with end-to-end testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in building Mobile SDKs.
- Commitment to software quality and adherence to development best practices.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Nice to Have
- Experience with React Native or similar modern frontend frameworks.
- Knowledge of TypeScript and JavaScript.
- Background in system architecture and design.
- Experience with mobile augmented reality technologies such as ARKit or ARCore.
- Familiarity with GPU optimization techniques, including Metal.
