We’re seeking a seasoned engineer to lead mobile development for our SaaS platform, with a strong focus on building seamless, high-performing experiences across mobile and web. In this role, you’ll take ownership of our mobile architecture, working hands-on with React Native to deliver intuitive, scalable features that directly impact user engagement and product growth.
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement robust mobile applications using React Native, ensuring consistency and performance across platforms.
- Build and maintain scalable backend services with ASP.NET and GraphQL, supporting both mobile and web interfaces.
- Develop responsive front-end components with React and TypeScript, prioritizing mobile usability and speed.
- Collaborate with Product and Growth teams to scope, test, and refine features that improve activation, retention, and customer value.
- Design efficient APIs and work with relational and non-relational data stores, including Microsoft SQL, to support evolving product needs.
- Lead integration efforts with third-party systems, focusing on reliability, security, and performance.
- Guide technical direction through code reviews, mentorship, and advocacy for testing, documentation, and clean architecture.
- Stay ahead of mobile and full-stack trends, especially in AI tooling and experimentation frameworks.
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of software development experience, with proven ownership of mobile or mobile-centric products.
- Strong proficiency in React Native, React, GraphQL, and ASP.NET.
- Familiarity with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes for deployment and operations.
- Experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, or growth-focused engineering.
- Solid grasp of system design, scalability, and low-latency application performance.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
- A mindset of continuous learning and knowledge sharing, especially around emerging tools and practices.
Work Environment
