yfood Labs GmbH is hiring a Senior International Strategy & Expansion Manager (m/f/d) to spearhead the company's global growth and establish the brand in new markets. You will take early ownership of individual markets, from strategic development and operational rollout to full P&L responsibility, shaping the international strategy for a dynamic brand.
What You'll Do
- Take full ownership of market expansion and day-to-day operations in close alignment with the Head of International Expansion.
- Develop go-to-market strategies and identify, evaluate, and onboard local distribution partners.
- Build scalable structures and processes to support international growth.
- Support negotiations, contract development, and commercial (P&L) steering.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Product) to ensure smooth market launches.
- Conduct ongoing market analyses, evaluate performance data, prepare reports and derive strategic & actionable recommendations.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent academic degree (Master’s or equivalent) in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of professional experience, ideally in strategy consulting, high growth startups or another high-performance environment.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills combined with a structured and data-driven working style.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with solid commercial acumen and a high degree of ownership.
- Hands-on attitude — you don’t just plan, you execute and make things happen.
- Passion for internationalization and building new markets from scratch.
- Excellent communication skills (C1) in English & German.
- Willingness to travel internationally when required.
