Noerr Solutions | Digital Recruitment is looking for a Sales Manager - B2B Software (m/w/d) to drive the growth of our client's customer base. You will manage the full sales cycle for a SaaS company that provides solutions for technical documentation, content delivery, and after-sales processes. The role involves active new customer acquisition with pre-qualified leads, moving beyond classic cold calling.
What You'll Do
- Drive active new customer acquisition in the B2B environment using pre-qualified leads.
- Consult and sell cloud-based SaaS solutions with genuine added value.
- Identify decision-makers and manage complex, consultative sales processes.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, both digitally and on-site.
- Take responsibility for sales forecasts, deals, and closing rates.
- Collaborate closely with PreSales, Marketing, Customer Success, and product management teams.
- Represent the company at trade fairs, events, and customer meetings.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales or selling software that requires detailed explanation.
- Strong closing skills, negotiation confidence, and self-motivation.
- Basic technical understanding and enjoyment of consultative sales.
- Very good communication and presentation skills in both German and English.
- Willingness to travel when sensible and required.
