GoodIP is looking for a Legal Counsel Semiconductors & Tech Contracts (M/W/D) to serve as a strategic partner for a portfolio of high-growth tech startups operating at the intersection of cutting-edge hardware and agile software. You will provide commercially-minded legal support and navigate complex legal landscapes.

What You'll Do

Draft, review, and lead negotiations for complex commercial agreements, including Master Purchase Agreements, specialized Semiconductor supply/design-in contracts, EULAs, and SaaS agreements.
Maintain and optimize legal templates, documentation, and internal filing systems to ensure 'due diligence-ready' standards.

What We're Looking For

Fully qualified German lawyer (First and Second State Exam) or US lawyer.
Significant experience in commercial contract law, specifically within the Semiconductor, SaaS, or Software Licensing sectors.
Professional fluency in German and English.

You will work in a team with an experienced lawyer, patent attorneys, and IP managers. The team size is 1-10 employees.
