The Global Talent Co. is hiring a Sales & Operations Manager to play a key role for a European logistics company. You will manage the full sales cycle, strengthen client relationships, and support operational execution to ensure seamless service delivery.
What You'll Do
- Manage inbound and outbound leads from first contact through deal closure.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers and key accounts.
- Lead negotiations, follow-ups, and commercial discussions to drive revenue growth.
- Coordinate customer requirements internally and externally for seamless service execution.
- Maintain and optimize CRM data, pipeline tracking, and pricing coordination.
- Collaborate closely with operations teams, carriers, and external partners to align expectations and resolve issues.
- Provide clear, timely, and professional communication via phone and written channels.
- Ensure accurate handover of closed deals to operations for smooth fulfillment.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales efficiency and customer retention.
- Take ownership of ad-hoc sales and operational initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in sales and key account management.
- Ability to independently manage the full sales cycle.
- Fluent English.
- Fluent Spanish and Portuguese.
- Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience working with CRM systems and managing sales pipelines.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fully remote and fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong customer-centric approach.
