Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Senior Intake Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for incoming leads seeking legal help. You will assess case viability and convert qualified leads into retained clients in this fully remote, frontline position. The role requires empathy, professionalism, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming leads seeking legal help through various communication channels.
- Assess case viability by gathering and evaluating client information related to personal injury and motor vehicle accidents.
- Build rapport with prospective clients, turning qualified leads into retained clients with a high conversion rate.
- Follow up consistently and respectfully with callers to maintain engagement and support.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and case details within case management systems.
- Refer cases outside personal injury scope to appropriate partner law firms.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with procedures, terminology, and best practices.
- Work assigned shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, ensuring coverage and responsiveness.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 4 years of experience in legal intake, paralegal work, or auto insurance sales.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with empathy, persuasion, and professionalism over the phone.
- Strong conflict resolution and active listening skills to manage difficult interactions calmly.
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities to balance workload and maintain quality.
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish is required.
- Adaptability and openness to constructive feedback.
Nice to Have
- Basic knowledge of personal injury and motor vehicle accident law.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Bachelor’s degree.
