Restaurant365 is looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to build, scale, and maintain the foundational cloud infrastructure that powers our platform. You'll play a key role in ensuring reliability, performance, and security.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable cloud infrastructure
- Develop automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to manage systems efficiently
- Implement and improve monitoring, logging, and alerting for production systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize application deployment and performance
- Lead incident response, troubleshooting, and post-mortem analysis for infrastructure issues
- Drive best practices for security, cost optimization, and operational excellence
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional experience in infrastructure, site reliability, or DevOps engineering
- Proven expertise with major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and their core services
- Deep experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi
- Strong background in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using languages like Python, Go, or Bash
- Experience implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a systematic approach to troubleshooting complex systems
Nice to Have
- Experience in a SaaS or product-driven engineering environment
- Knowledge of networking, security best practices, and compliance frameworks
- Experience with observability platforms (Datadog, New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana)
- Background in database administration or performance tuning
