Iterable is looking for a Senior Implementation Project Manager to lead customers through the adoption of our engagement marketing platform. You will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, scoping and driving implementations to successful completion.
What You'll Do
- Lead multiple, concurrent, strategic enterprise projects to implement the Iterable platform.
- Engage with executives, developers, marketing managers, and other stakeholders to successfully scope and drive projects.
- Work with other internal subject matter experts (SMEs) throughout the implementation.
- Develop relationships across functional areas such as Sales, Engineering, Customer Success, Security, and IT.
- Manage complex B2B/B2C implementations, meeting or exceeding scope goals and target dates.
- Oversee project execution including resourcing, scheduling, and timely delivery.
- Provide timely, clear, and concise communications to customers and the Iterable project team.
- Assess project risks, anticipate challenges, and provide escalation management.
- Meet or exceed targets for CSAT (customer satisfaction), billable utilization, and on-time completion.
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years in a B2B customer-facing SaaS platform implementation, project management, or delivery service role.
- 2+ years experience in a fast-paced, high-tech, SaaS startup environment.
- 2+ years mentoring Project Managers.
- Proven ability to deliver complex technical projects and customer-facing solutions.
- Expert use of MS Office Suite, Google Enterprise Suite, and project management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High emotional intelligence.
- Servant leadership and a passion for driving customer success.
- Strong accountability, ownership, and bias for action.
- Ability to travel to customer sites when required by project scope.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of marketing automation and marketing technologies.
- Experience developing implementation delivery methodologies.
