Key Responsibilities
- Oversee project timelines and deliverables for the deployment of a secure digital health system, aligning with client needs and organisational goals
- Facilitate clear communication between technical, clinical, and administrative stakeholders to maintain momentum and transparency
- Support training initiatives for clinical staff, helping them adopt new workflows and build confidence in using the platform
- Identify and address risks early, developing mitigation strategies that keep projects on track
- Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to ensure development priorities meet customer requirements
- Provide regular updates on progress, timelines, and roadmap developments to all involved parties
- Assist in resolving technical and operational issues reported through service channels
