About the Role

Lead the implementation of a transformative digital health solution by managing end-to-end deployment projects across clinical environments. In this remote role, you'll act as the central point of coordination between internal teams and external partners, ensuring seamless integration of the platform within healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee project timelines and deliverables for the deployment of a secure digital health system, aligning with client needs and organisational goals
  • Facilitate clear communication between technical, clinical, and administrative stakeholders to maintain momentum and transparency
  • Support training initiatives for clinical staff, helping them adopt new workflows and build confidence in using the platform
  • Identify and address risks early, developing mitigation strategies that keep projects on track
  • Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to ensure development priorities meet customer requirements
  • Provide regular updates on progress, timelines, and roadmap developments to all involved parties
  • Assist in resolving technical and operational issues reported through service channels
  • Drive engagement within clinical teams, encouraging sustained use and expansion of the system over time

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven ability to manage complex projects with shifting priorities and diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong organisational aptitude and attention to detail, balanced with strategic thinking
  • Comfort working remotely, with experience in distributed teams and digital collaboration tools
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to support on-site activities in assigned regions
