Clutch is hiring a Senior Implementation Engineer

At Clutch, we are looking for a Senior Implementation Engineer to act as a technical post-sale consultant, setting clients up for sustained success. You will drive the design, configuration, and delivery of our platform, ensuring clients are effectively onboarded and ready to thrive.

What You'll Do

• Manage the implementation process for customers, ensuring their long-term success.
• Drive the design, configuration, and delivery of Clutch’s platform.
• Gather requirements, build out the platform to specifications, and work with clients to test.
• Lead client projects independently and take clients live.
• Help improve team documentation, processes, and develop new tools to improve efficiency.
• Become a subject matter expert (SME) in specific areas of the platform.
• Manage multiple external customers simultaneously with proactive communication.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional experience, ideally in a startup environment.
• 2+ years of professional experience integrating with web APIs.
• Ability to read, write, and understand code in multiple programming languages to troubleshoot issues.
• Knowledge of Python, JSON, GitHub, and terminal.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to identify and clearly communicate pragmatic solutions to complex integration problems.
• Self-starter with the ability to assess, troubleshoot, and work autonomously to solve complex problems.
• Superior time management skills.
• A passion for working with people and explaining complex technical issues to technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to Have

• Experience with modern web frameworks (React, Node.js, etc).
• Experience with JavaScript & TypeScript.
