What You'll Do
Collaborate directly with customers throughout their journey—from initial onboarding to long-term platform use—ensuring they achieve maximum value from AI-driven tools. Develop custom integrations, scalable applications, and minimum viable products tailored to client needs using modern technologies. Design and refine AI systems, including prompt engineering, voice tuning, and transcription models, to match real-world use cases. Maintain and improve API connections with external platforms to support seamless operations. Work closely with engineering, product, and customer success teams to deliver precise, high-impact solutions. Adapt and enhance systems based on user feedback, evolving requirements, and performance insights—all while managing multiple initiatives under demanding timelines.
Requirements
- Proven experience in full-stack development with React, TypeScript, and Node.js
- Hands-on background in Python for application and tool development
- Direct experience building and refining AI/ML features, especially around LLMs and speech models
- Strong track record integrating APIs and connecting systems
- Clear, effective communication skills when working with technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to lead multiple projects independently and deliver quality results under pressure
- Self-driven mindset with a focus on ownership, initiative, and execution in fast-moving environments
