What You'll Do

Act as a technical consultant for industry leaders, identifying inefficiencies and proposing modernization strategies.
Proactively use Generative AI tools to accelerate development and focus on architectural problem-solving.
Collaborate with international teams to define roadmaps, select technologies, and integrate them seamlessly.
Conduct code reviews and identify best software practices.
Mentor mid-level and junior developers, supporting their technical growth and career progression.
Contribute to internal and external community initiatives to boost brand awareness.

What We're Looking For

Permanent residence in Spain or a set relocation date, with legal work authorization.
5+ years of professional software development experience.
A Bachelor’s degree or certification in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a similar field.
Advanced spoken and written English (B2/C1).
Hands-on development experience with at least one of: TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, Haskell, GraphQL, Node.js, or PHP.
Strong ownership, analytical, and communication skills with a drive to exceed expectations.
Experience using Agile Methodologies, Testing, and Generative AI tools.
A solid understanding of modular design and SOLID principles.
Availability to attend monthly coworkings in Madrid if living there, or quarterly with travel expenses covered if located elsewhere.
