Netomi is looking for a Senior Implementation Consultant to be a key player in delivering successful outcomes for our customers. In this role, you will guide clients through the deployment and configuration of our solutions, acting as a trusted advisor and technical expert.

What You'll Do

Lead end-to-end implementation projects for enterprise clients, from scoping to go-live.
Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical configuration and workflows.
Configure and customize the platform to meet specific client use cases and objectives.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure client teams are equipped for success.
Proactively identify project risks and collaborate on mitigation strategies.
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers during the implementation phase.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience in a customer-facing implementation, technical consulting, or solutions engineering role.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and drive them to completion.
Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of translating business needs into technical specifications.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience with enterprise software deployment lifecycles and project management methodologies.
