Netomi is looking for a Senior Implementation Consultant to be a key player in delivering successful outcomes for our customers. In this role, you will guide clients through the deployment and configuration of our solutions, acting as a trusted advisor and technical expert.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects for enterprise clients, from scoping to go-live.
- Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical configuration and workflows.
- Configure and customize the platform to meet specific client use cases and objectives.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure client teams are equipped for success.
- Proactively identify project risks and collaborate on mitigation strategies.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers during the implementation phase.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing implementation, technical consulting, or solutions engineering role.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and drive them to completion.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of translating business needs into technical specifications.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with enterprise software deployment lifecycles and project management methodologies.
