Flywire is hiring a Senior Implementation Consultant

Flywire is hiring a Senior Implementation Consultant to implement complex payment solutions for our higher education clients. In this role, you will be the subject matter expert for our products, guiding clients through discovery, implementation, and change management to deliver a world-class experience.

What You'll Do

• Work closely with clients and project managers on project discovery, implementation, change management, and knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with teams and customers globally to implement student receivable and eCommerce solutions.
• Ensure the best possible customer experience by providing product best practices, system training, onsite support, and business process expertise.
• Develop and maintain complex product documentation in partnership with product management and engineering.
• Conduct remote and in-person training sessions for client super users and adopters.
• Contribute to product vision by collaborating with customers, implementation teammates, product management, and stakeholders.
• Assist with the development of new hire onboarding documentation, training materials, and support for implementation consultants.
• Provide mentorship for new hires as they learn about products, integrations, and implementation policies.
• Assist the Senior Manager for Implementation Consulting with data gathering, analytics, and customer success metrics.
• Help contribute to an innovative culture and customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in Higher Education, with preference for Student Accounts or Financial Aid.
• Knowledge of Higher Education ERPs: PeopleSoft, Banner, Colleague, and Workday.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, both written and oral.
• Experience training software end users for both functional and technical-minded customers.
• Understanding of credit card and ACH processing.
• Ability to travel up to 15% to client sites and for internal meetings.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of implementing and configuring payment software.
