Responsibilities
- Manage incoming HR technology requests by leading triage, prioritization, analysis, and resolution processes
- Convert business and operational requirements into scalable, compliant solutions involving HR systems, data, and workflows for leadership evaluation
- Conduct comprehensive issue analysis, focusing on root causes and downstream effects when designing corrective actions
- Act as a technical authority for designated HR platforms such as HRIS, applicant tracking, learning, and compensation systems, including setup and ongoing maintenance
- Produce and verify routine and on-demand reports to support HR performance tracking, regulatory compliance, and strategic decision-making
- Support dashboard development and executive reporting by maintaining data integrity, consistency, and well-documented processes
- Oversee project timelines and deliverables independently, identifying potential delays early and recommending risk mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors on system improvements, updates, integrations, and technical problem resolution
- Conduct regular data audits and assist in internal and external audit processes through accurate documentation and data provision
- Establish standardized practices, documentation, and guidelines to enhance system utilization, data accuracy, and end-to-end HR process effectiveness
- Provide HR technology insights and support to enterprise-wide and global HR projects across functions
