About the Role

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to join our Customer Service & Supply Chain management team at our production location in Dongen. You will act as the connecting link between the People & Culture department and the business, translating organizational and people strategy into concrete actions on the shop floor while playing an active role in change, leadership, and sustainable performance.

What You'll Do

  • Be a strategic member of the Customer Service & Supply Chain management team.
  • Translate organization and people strategy into concrete actions on the shop floor.
  • Guide organizational transformations, strengthen team effectiveness, and advise on sustainable employability.
  • Be responsible for talent development, performance management, succession planning, and career issues.
  • Take the lead in complex labor relations, including absenteeism, outflow, union matters, works council, and collective labor agreement issues.
  • Lead and/or contribute to HR projects with short- and long-term impact.
  • Ensure quick and effective operational HR support for the business by engaging the right HR disciplines.

What We're Looking For

  • HBO/WO work and thinking level.
  • Demonstrable experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist.
  • Experience with complex change trajectories and strategic workforce planning.
  • Knowledge of labor relations, collective labor agreement issues, unions, and employee participation.
  • Strong communication skills and full command of Dutch and English.

Nice to Have

  • Preference for experience in a production environment.

Team & Environment

You will be part of the Customer Service & Supply Chain management team, working closely with People Services and other HR disciplines, and reporting to the P&C Lead Nederland. We create an environment where people are inspired to bring out the best in themselves.
