About the Role

Leads complex, high-impact programs within the cardiovascular portfolio, aligning global teams across engineering, regulatory, clinical, and commercial functions to advance aortic technologies from concept to market.

Responsibilities

  • Directs end-to-end lifecycle management of global product development initiatives in the aortic space
  • Coordinates cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on technical, regulatory, and commercial milestones
  • Develops and maintains integrated project schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans
  • Facilitates decision-making at governance forums with senior stakeholders
  • Translates strategic objectives into executable program plans with clear deliverables
  • Monitors program performance using key metrics and drives corrective actions when needed
  • Ensures compliance with quality systems and regulatory requirements across regions
  • Manages interdependencies between parallel development efforts
  • Engages with clinical and research teams to incorporate evidence into product design
  • Supports launch readiness activities including supply chain, training, and market preparation
  • Drives adoption of program management best practices across the organization
  • Communicates progress and risks to executive leadership and global partners
  • Integrates voice-of-customer insights into development timelines and priorities
  • Oversees vendor and supplier coordination for program-specific components
  • Promotes a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement
  • Aligns regional teams on global timelines and regulatory submission strategies
  • Manages change control processes for technical and design updates
  • Supports post-market surveillance integration into product evolution planning
  • Collaborates with marketing to define product positioning and launch materials
  • Ensures patient safety and quality remain central to all program decisions
  • Utilizes data-driven approaches to assess program health and forecast outcomes
  • Leads virtual teams across time zones and cultural environments
  • Maintains documentation for audit readiness and regulatory submissions
  • Identifies opportunities to accelerate development cycles without compromising quality
