Hinge Health is looking for a Senior Health Services Manager (Enablement) to transform how millions access musculoskeletal (MSK) care. In this role, you will be the strategic engine behind our Health Services partnerships, architecting growth for our commercial sales teams and directly accelerating pipeline velocity.
What You'll Do
- Master our Health Services value proposition and map the landscape of key health plan partnerships.
- Establish yourself as a trusted resource for internal sales teams and build rapport with client commercial leaders.
- Proactively remove friction in the sales cycle and execute on partnership expansion opportunities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partnership growth for your assigned accounts.
- Own the strategic roadmap for your partnerships, driving measurable revenue and long-term commercial success.
- Turn partner feedback into actionable sales enablement strategies.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Commercial Sales, or Partnership Management.
- Strong knowledge of Healthcare and Payer markets.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting.
- A proven track record of managing complex projects and strategic planning with cross-functional stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Advanced data analysis and reporting skills to drive decision-making.
- Deep understanding of sales methodologies and enablement tools.
