Stord, Inc. is looking for a Senior GTM Finance Manager to be a strategic financial partner to our sales, marketing, and customer success teams. You will be responsible for the financial performance of the go-to-market organization, providing the analysis and insights needed to make critical business decisions.
What You'll Do
- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for all go-to-market functions.
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models to track performance against targets.
- Partner with GTM leaders to analyze pipeline, customer acquisition costs, and sales productivity.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize spend and resource allocation.
- Prepare and present monthly and quarterly business reviews for executive leadership.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, investment banking, or consulting.
- Proven experience partnering directly with sales and marketing leadership in a SaaS or technology environment.
- Expert proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
- Strong ability to translate complex data into clear, strategic insights for non-financial stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
