Growth Troops is hiring a Senior Growth Operations Associate to take ownership of our systems and help guide strategic growth initiatives. You will be a key player in scaling operations, managing vendors, and supporting cross-functional execution.
What You'll Do
- Lead operational improvements across billing, patient flow, and internal systems
- Oversee tool integration and automation using platforms like GoHighLevel, Office Ally, and Monday.com
- Own vendor relationships and performance oversight
- Develop and refine SOPs across departments
- Lead hiring coordination and onboarding workflows
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign strategy and analytics
- Identify and implement cost-saving and scalability initiatives
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in operations, growth, or systems-focused roles
- Expert in CRM, workflow, and project management platforms
- Proven ability to manage vendors and support cross-functional teams
- Experience with process automation, data tracking, and analysis tools
- Strong leadership presence and systems-thinking mindset
