Schneider Innovations is hiring a Senior Graphics Designer to produce world-class Amazon listing images for our medical and industrial products. You will be responsible for visual storytelling and brand consistency, optimizing designs for high conversion in the North American and European markets.

What You'll Do

Design Amazon-compliant listing images, including A+ Content, main images, and infographics.
Craft compelling visual storytelling to highlight product features.
Execute consistent brand style guides across multiple product lines.
Research and benchmark top competitors to keep designs on-trend for the U.S. market.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and copywriting.
Deliver high-conversion visuals under tight deadlines and fast review cycles.

What We're Looking For

3–5+ years of senior-level experience in Amazon listing design.
Familiarity with U.S. consumer behavior, marketing psychology, and design preferences.
Fluent understanding of Western medical, industrial, or personal care aesthetics.
Exceptional skill in tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and Canva Pro.
Confidence in preparing Amazon image sets that comply with platform specifications.
Ability to analyze design impact and optimize based on conversion feedback.
Self-driven, detail-oriented approach and excitement for working with high-impact brands.
Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Direct Amazon platform experience and a strong portfolio targeting North American or European markets.

Nice to Have

Experience in medical consumables, PPE, or health & wellness product categories.
Past work on U.S. Amazon stores with high Best Seller Ranks.
Understanding of specific Amazon image requirements like resolution and dimensions.
Familiarity with video or 3D rendering.
A proficient grasp of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, or Photoshop AI.
