Public Cloud Group is hiring a Senior Google Cloud Consultant to join our Google Digital Workplace team. You will be responsible for strategic consulting, change management, and architecture design for Google Digital Workplace implementations. As a senior consultant, you will advise clients on Google Workspace and Gemini, drive adoption, and design scalable, tailored solutions to modernize their IT foundations.
What You'll Do
- Provide strategic senior-level consulting to clients on all aspects of Google Workspace, from conception and architecture development to optimization.
- Build strong, partnership-based customer relationships and develop a deep analytical understanding of client needs and goals.
- Create tailored change management concepts and guide clients through change processes to foster user enthusiasm for Google Workspace.
- Conceive and conduct IT training to excite and motivate end-users and IT teams, explaining complex matters understandably.
- Design robust and scalable Google Workspace architectures tailored to individual client requirements and existing system landscapes.
- Translate client requirements into technical specifications and act as the interface between customer and engineering.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in the Google Workspace ecosystem and proactively contribute new ideas.
What We're Looking For
- At least 5 years of professional experience as a consultant or in a comparable role focused on Google Workspace or M365 cloud collaboration solutions.
- Deep expertise in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Meet, Chat, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) and Gemini.
- Proven experience in change and adoption management for IT projects, ideally in the Google Workspace context.
- Solid knowledge in IT architecture and infrastructure (network, security, identity & access management) to design suitable solutions.
- Analytical and conceptual strength combined with a pragmatic hands-on mentality in consulting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English.
- Strong customer orientation and ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Team player with a high sense of responsibility and willingness to take unconventional paths.
Nice to Have
- Google certifications (e.g., Google Workspace Administrator, Collaboration Engineer).
