Nabu Casa is seeking a Senior Global Channel Manager to own the development and execution of our worldwide channel strategy. You will be responsible for building and scaling our partner network to drive significant business growth.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement the global channel strategy from the ground up.
- Build, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach.
- Manage and nurture relationships with a portfolio of strategic partners.
- Define partner program structures, requirements, and enablement materials.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize the channel for maximum impact.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in channel management, partner development, or alliance roles.
- Proven track record of building and scaling a successful channel program.
- Deep understanding of channel economics and partner lifecycle management.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Ability to operate strategically while managing tactical execution.
- Experience working in a global, remote-first environment.
