As a Senior Global Account Executive, you will drive expansion and new business acquisition within large global enterprise clients. This role focuses on selling a top-tier sales enablement platform to technology organizations worldwide, engaging key stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Enablement functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell a leading SaaS-based sales enablement solution to assigned global enterprise accounts in the technology sector
- Navigate complex, multi-stage sales cycles—from initial discovery through relationship development, value positioning, and deal closure
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering and Value Engineering teams to tailor demonstrations and design solution packages aligned with client objectives
- Develop and present customized proposals that address specific business challenges and deliver measurable customer value
- Build strategic, long-term relationships to generate referrals and establish referenceable accounts
- Advise clients on sales productivity strategies, bringing forward actionable insights and innovative approaches
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years in SaaS sales, with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding targets in enterprise environments
- Proven experience in consultative selling within cloud-based software markets
- Strong ability to communicate value effectively to executives at all levels, including C-suite and functional leaders
- Background in selling to large, global organizations with complex decision structures
- Six-year or higher degree equivalent, or professional experience of comparable depth
- Willingness to travel for customer engagements, team collaboration, and industry events
