About the Role
The Manager, Leadership is responsible for guiding leadership programming and member engagement strategies. This position ensures high-impact experiences through collaboration with volunteer leaders, curriculum implementation, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Responsibilities

- Strengthen member engagement through personalized outreach
- Coordinate leadership curriculum rollouts across regions
- Serve as a primary point of contact for leadership-related inquiries
- Track leadership program metrics and report outcomes
- Promote best practices in leadership development
- Ensure consistency in leadership programming globally
- Assist in onboarding new leadership volunteers
- Develop tools and materials for leadership teams
- Foster peer-to-peer learning among leaders
