Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a closely related field
- 3 to 5 years of progressively responsible experience in manufacturing, engineering, strategic sourcing, commodity or category management, supplier relationship management, or project management
Nice to Have
- Professional certification from a recognized body such as PMP, APICS/CSCP, ISM/CPSM, or Six Sigma
- Deep knowledge of key commodity areas including metals, hardware, energetics, wire, electrical components, and plastics
- Proven ability to manage complex programs and projects, with a history of leading cross-functional teams successfully
- Skilled at influencing and communicating clearly with stakeholders at all levels, including technical teams, product managers, and external suppliers
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication abilities; able to achieve outcomes through collaboration and influence
- Adaptable and effective in dynamic, uncertain environments with multiple competing priorities
- Demonstrated leadership growth, high performance, and readiness for increased responsibility and career progression
