Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and text messages from homeowners
- Transform inbound inquiries into confirmed service appointments
- Conduct outbound calling and texting campaigns targeting missed follow-ups
- Support membership renewal efforts and re-engage inactive customers
- Reconnect with dormant leads through targeted outreach
- Promote and sell HVAC membership plans during customer conversations
- Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services
- Ensure consistent follow-up on leads to increase conversion rates
- Record all customer interactions accurately in ServiceTitan
- Collaborate with dispatch and internal teams to optimize scheduling
- Deliver strong performance in a goal-oriented, metrics-based environment
