Jobgether is seeking a Senior Fullstack React Engineer to play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and ensure best practices in code and architecture, driving technical decisions and optimizing performance.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React and modern backend technologies.
- Design and implement robust APIs and integrate them with front-end components.
- Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and code reviews.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features.
- Optimize performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues across the full stack.
- Drive technical decisions and contribute to architectural improvements.
- Mentor junior developers and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience working with React and Redux.
- 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring a team of 5 or more engineers.
- 2+ years of experience with backend technologies such as C# or Ruby on Rails.
- Experience with Docker, containers, services, or microservices.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2) to effectively communicate with US clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.
