As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you'll play a central role in designing and delivering intelligent applications that combine responsive React frontends with robust Python backends, all enhanced by the capabilities of large language models.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and AI leaders to turn complex requirements into practical, scalable technical solutions
- Build and refine full-stack applications using React, JavaScript, and Python, with an emphasis on clean architecture and maintainable code
- Design intuitive user interfaces that deliver seamless experiences across tools and workflows
- Develop and optimize data pipelines using ETL techniques to support AI-driven features and analytics
- Integrate third-party services and platforms through secure, well-documented APIs
- Leverage AI-assisted coding tools like Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor to streamline development and improve efficiency
- Work across the entire software lifecycle—from concept and design through testing, deployment, and iteration
- Apply secure coding practices and contribute to architectural decisions that guide long-term system scalability
- Use Docker to manage and deploy applications in consistent, containerized environments
- Experiment with emerging AI technologies and rapidly prototype new capabilities in collaboration with the Head of AI
What We’re Looking For
- At least five years of professional experience in full stack development with proven work in React, Python, and HTML
- Demonstrated ability to design user-centered interfaces and translate business needs into technical implementations
- Strong background in building backend services, data workflows, and API integrations
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and large language model integration
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, solution architecture, and secure coding standards
- Experience modeling databases and designing data structures for performance and scalability
- Familiarity with containerization using Docker and managing deployment environments
