As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will play a central role in designing and evolving a data-intensive application platform. Your work will span both frontend and backend systems, using React to craft responsive user interfaces and Python to develop powerful, scalable services. You'll be responsible for ensuring seamless interactions between components while maintaining performance, security, and maintainability across the stack.
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement full-stack features, from UI components in React to backend logic in Python using frameworks like Django, FastAPI, or Flask
- Build, monitor, and optimize data pipelines using Apache Airflow deployed on Kubernetes clusters
- Write and tune complex SQL queries and database schemas to support analytical and operational workloads
- Develop secure, well-documented APIs and integrate third-party services to extend platform functionality
- Collaborate with data engineers, designers, and stakeholders to turn business needs into reliable technical solutions
- Lead code reviews, contribute to testing strategies, and uphold best practices in documentation, CI/CD, and software quality
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a senior-level developer with strong skills in Python and modern React development
- Hands-on background with Airflow, particularly in Kubernetes-hosted environments
- Deep understanding of SQL, including query optimization and schema design
- Agile mindset with experience in remote, iterative development teams
- Clear and consistent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Nice-to-Have
- Exposure to advertising technology, real-time bidding (RTB), or marketing data platforms
- Experience integrating AI models, LLMs, or autonomous agent patterns into production applications
- Familiarity with containerization using Docker and managing Kubernetes deployments
Work Environment
This is a fully remote role open to candidates in LATAM. You must maintain consistent overlap with Pacific Time business hours to participate in daily stand-ups, planning sessions, and cross-functional collaboration.
