Responsibilities
- Define product vision and roadmap for anti-financial crime systems
- Collaborate with compliance officers to interpret regulatory requirements
- Translate legal and risk guidelines into technical product specifications
- Prioritize backlog items based on risk impact and business value
- Manage end-to-end delivery of fraud detection and AML features
- Conduct user research with internal stakeholders and investigators
- Facilitate sprint planning and review sessions with engineering teams
- Monitor key performance metrics for detection accuracy and false positives
- Evaluate third-party data and technology vendors for integration
- Ensure product alignment with global regulatory standards
- Drive user adoption through training and documentation
- Coordinate incident response related to product gaps in detection
- Gather feedback from compliance analysts and investigators
- Refine alert triage workflows to improve operational efficiency
- Lead discovery efforts for new product capabilities
- Maintain detailed product documentation and process maps
- Support audit readiness and regulatory examinations
- Champion usability improvements for investigation tools
- Balance innovation with risk tolerance thresholds
- Communicate roadmap updates to senior stakeholders
