Smile Digital Health is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support key business decisions and company growth. You will work closely with department leaders to provide data-driven insights and financial guidance.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Partner with business unit leaders to manage budgets, track KPIs, and assess operational performance.
- Lead ad-hoc financial analysis projects to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Advanced proficiency with spreadsheet and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel/Google Sheets).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
