What You'll Do
Take ownership of key accounting responsibilities, including the preparation and validation of journal entries, draft financial statements, and final balance sheet and profit/loss reports. Conduct regular bank reconciliations and generate detailed expenditure reports to support financial integrity.
Lead and mentor a team of approximately six, fostering collaboration and consistent performance. Serve as the central point of contact for MEC-related coordination, working closely with internal departments and external partners to align financial practices and ensure smooth operations.
Respond to ad-hoc requests and contribute to process improvements, demonstrating adaptability and strong organizational skills in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field. Bring at least eight years of hands-on experience in finance or accounting within a large organization. Proficiency in accounting software and standard PC applications is essential.
Demonstrate sharp analytical abilities, clear communication in English, and the capacity to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. You should be self-driven, capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure, and able to work independently while contributing positively to team goals.

Work Mode
This is an onsite role based in Dalian, Liaoning. Candidates must be able to report to the office regularly.
