Job Summary: We are searching for an analytical and meticulous Senior Statutory Accountant to integrate into our EMEA Financial Reporting Team. This position requires comprehensive oversight of statutory financial statement development, external audit management, and tax compliance execution across multiple organizational entities. You will engage with internal and external professionals to guarantee punctual and precise financial documentation that adheres to local accounting standards, tax regulations, and organizational protocols. We expect you to: - Generate statutory financial statements for EMEA-based legal entities - Coordinate external audit processes from initial planning through completion - Conduct US GAAP to Local GAAP reconciliations with comprehensive documentation - Support monthly and year-end closing procedures - Develop and review monthly and annual VAT declarations and reporting - Facilitate quarterly and annual tax compliance processes - Perform analytical transaction reviews - Assist Statutory Reporting Manager in process optimization - Mentor junior team members and ensure timely deliverable completion - Support miscellaneous accounting and finance initiatives - Collaborate with internal departments for coordinated reporting Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics - Minimum 3 years relevant professional experience - Comprehensive understanding of financial statements and compliance protocols - Demonstrated experience interfacing with external auditors - Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency - Familiarity with SAP ERP preferred - Strong English communication skills - Secondary European language knowledge advantageous - Experience in Shared Services environment - Exceptional organizational capabilities - Adaptability in dynamic, deadline-oriented environments - Occasional travel readiness Why CKH is the best choice?
