Xtremax Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Senior Finance Executive who will be responsible for key accounting functions, financial reporting, and supporting budgetary analysis. You will ensure accurate financial data and robust internal controls in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Process daily transactions and funding requirements, updating data in the accounting and management system.
- Prepare management reports and assist in reviewing financial statements.
- Complete accounting reconciliations, review company accounts, and liaise with external auditors and tax consultants for annual statutory filing.
- Coordinate, develop, maintain, and update written policies and procedures for the financial reporting process and internal controls.
- Assist in Budget and Forecast reporting and management report analysis.
- Handle additional ad hoc assignments as required.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Committed, motivated, meticulous, and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant accounting diploma or degree and accounting work experience.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Only Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident (SPR) applicants may apply.
