Scout Motors is hiring a Senior Field Sales Representative to drive our partner enablement program for current and future supplier alliances across North America. You will own existing branch relationships, provide product training, and develop long-term partnerships to create new revenue opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Own existing branch relationships and enable their sales reps for new opportunities in your allocated territory.
- Drive partner growth through partner engagement and enablement programs.
- Serve as the main point of contact for partners for all subjects related to Scout Motors and our products assigned to you.
- Provide effective Scout Motors product training and onboarding support for new partners.
- Plan, forecast, and meet monthly and quarterly departmental objectives and quotas.
- Organize and host timely and localized community events and meetings.
- Deliver product updates through in-person or virtual trainings, presentations, and meetings.
- Travel to partner sites regularly, estimated 1-2 weeks per month.
- Become a master of our PRM & CRM for partner-related updates.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, success, revops, and support leaders to define priorities and resolve issues.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of account management and/or relationship management experience.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Excel at building and maintaining internal and external relationships, navigating organizations, and making high-producing connections.
- Ability to work collaboratively or independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in channel partnerships.
- Experience managing partnerships in a business development environment with Roofing supply companies.
- Experience with relevant tooling such as CRMs (Hubspot/Salesforce), PRMs (Partner stack), Asana, Google suite.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $85,000.00 - $92,500.00 base + commission USD
- 1st week of employment is mandatory PTO.
- 1 Friday off per month.
