Storage360 is looking for a Remote Inbound Sales Agent to join our team. In this role, you'll assist customers via inbound and outbound calls based on warm leads generated through our targeted marketing campaigns. You'll help callers select the best storage space to fit their needs, providing courteous, timely, and professional service to meet daily goals and directly impact company growth.

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent education required.
Must be able to work assigned full-time shifts with a flexible schedule.
Proficient with Microsoft Office products (including Word and Excel).

Nice to Have

Experience working in a customer service/sales-based call center environment.
