Angi is looking for a Project Management Associate to work with homeowners across the country on large-scale, high-value home improvement projects. In this role, you will manage the full project lifecycle, serving as a key consultant and steward from initial lead qualification through remote project management to final completion.
What You'll Do
- Kick off projects by responding to warm inbound leads, acting as a consultant and advisor to homeowners to help them define their vision and win their business.
- Leverage our existing network of Service Providers to find the best fit & value for each unique project.
- Create new partnerships with Service Providers by demonstrating the value of our program and helping them scale their business.
- Coordinate a high volume of home improvement projects, managing all details from outreach and scheduling to invoicing and resolving customer concerns.
- Cultivate a robust pipeline from 20+ leads per month while simultaneously advancing and managing existing accounts.
- Actively manage your business pipeline and develop a long-term strategy for sustained growth & success.
- Embrace a high-learning environment with the potential to specialize in specific trade categories or develop advanced skills in coaching, project management, and consultative sales.
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience in customer success, sales, or account management (or senior customer service roles).
- Comfort selling projects and reaching customers by phone, email, and text, with an emphasis on handling high call volume.
- Experience and/or excitement around building a book of business and ensuring the fulfillment of strategic sales and project completion targets.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both customers and outside vendors/partners.
- Ability to work independently with excellent time management; you must be able to multitask and handle a high volume of relationships and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Someone who is eager to learn and grow!
- Comfort with hitting monthly KPIs is key.
Nice to Have
- Good foundation in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of home services, skill trades, and/or real estate.
- Experience with Salesforce.
- A proven track record of exceeding quota attainment.
