Wolters Kluwer Legal and Regulatory (Ftwilliam.com) is hiring a Senior Field Sales Manager to drive new business growth for our cloud-based employee benefits and pension software solutions. In this remote role, you will be accountable for sales in the Southwest US region, selling to Third-Party Administrators (TPAs), CPAs, and Law Firms.
What You'll Do
- Sell ftwilliam.com cloud-based software products and services within a defined geographic territory.
- Partner closely with an assigned Account Manager to ensure customer retention and collaborate on new sales opportunities.
- Develop a strong understanding of the retirement plan administration market, our customers, and their daily workflow.
- Prospect and develop new business in both existing accounts and new accounts.
- Maintain and update information in Salesforce.com, including activities, demos, and pipeline management.
- Utilize a sales tech stack including Outreach.io, Gong, SalesIntel/ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator in your daily workflow.
- Attend national and local ASPPA and NIPA tradeshows for booth coverage as needed.
- Attend in-person customer and prospect meetings within your defined territory.
- Develop relationships with major players in each large metro market in your assigned territory.
- Submit timely reports as requested by Sales Manager and Executive Management.
- Contribute and exchange ideas and best practices with other members of the sales team.
- Maintain fast and thorough follow-up on inquiries from customers and prospects.
- Work closely with Account Managers, Customer Service, and Billing to solve issues that could affect subscription renewals.
- Support team, Business Unit, and corporate goals and objectives.
- Perform various ad hoc duties as requested by Sales Manager/Director.
What We're Looking For
- College Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- 3+ years of over-quota sales experience in a comparable role.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com or a comparable CRM.
- Excellent verbal, written communication, organization, planning, and presentation skills.
- Strong time management skills and a motivated, self-starting attitude.
- Strong sales ability with both short and long sales cycles.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well individually and as part of a team.

- Ability to develop deep relationships with customers and prospects.
