About the Role

Huda Beauty is looking for a Senior Field Sales & Education Manager Europe to lead our field sales and education team. You will be instrumental in driving growth and expansion across Europe, developing strategies to achieve sell-through targets and build brand awareness within our retail partners.

What You'll Do

  • Develop, build, and implement a best-in-class field sales strategy to achieve company targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the field team to drive performance and store productivity.
  • Develop a deep understanding of European Retailer accounts, field employees, and customers to deliver effective sales experiences and education.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Commercial and Marketing colleagues to create and execute strategies to drive traffic and sales conversion.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and adherence to company standards in all points of distribution.
  • Manage and facilitate annual sales meetings alongside the European education team.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Facilitate European masterclasses and retailer conventions.
  • Manage annual Field Sales expense budgets, including T&E, gratis, collateral, events, and Beauty Advisor spend, allocating resources to maximize impact.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a cosmetics management role.
  • Training facilitation experience inclusive of coaching sales and education teams.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong project management, cross-functional communication, and influencing skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication, organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office to a high standard.
  • Proven ability to inspire and motivate a field sales team.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • This position requires at least 60% UK & EU travel and may include some further international travel.

Nice to Have

  • Experience preferably within a multinational environment.
  • SEPHORA experience.
  • Proficiency in other European languages.
