About the Role
The individual in this role will evaluate the practicality of clinical trial protocols by assessing site capabilities, patient availability, and regulatory landscapes across global regions, providing actionable insights to guide study planning and execution.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate clinical trial protocols for operational feasibility across multiple geographies
- Analyze patient recruitment potential using epidemiological and real-world data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine study designs and timelines
- Identify and assess potential clinical trial sites based on performance metrics
- Prepare detailed feasibility reports with enrollment projections and risk assessments
- Engage with external partners and investigative sites to gather site-specific insights
- Monitor global regulatory requirements impacting trial conduct
- Support development of country and site selection strategies
- Provide input on protocol design to enhance recruitment potential
- Track and report on feasibility timelines and deliverables
- Leverage internal databases and external sources to inform assessments
- Communicate findings to internal stakeholders and clients
- Participate in bid defense meetings and client presentations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of therapeutic areas and trial landscapes
- Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and processes
- Mentor junior team members on methodology and best practices
- Contribute to process improvements in feasibility operations
- Manage multiple feasibility requests with competing deadlines
- Utilize data visualization tools to present complex information clearly
- Support business development efforts with feasibility insights
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in epidemiology, biostatistics, or related discipline
- Experience managing feasibility teams or leading projects
- Direct experience in site selection and start-up activities
- Knowledge of electronic data capture systems
- Experience with decentralized trial models
- Familiarity with health economics and outcomes research
- Certification in clinical research or project management
